Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Untucked, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. We aim to keep our policies fair, transparent, and hassle-free while ensuring efficient service for all customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange on eligible products.
• Size exchanges are completely free of charge
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
• If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
• To initiate an exchange, customers must raise an exchange request by emailing us at untuckedindia@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9289 596399. The request must include the required details and documents mentioned below.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
• Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be free from stains, fragrance, or damage
• Valid order proof must be provided
• Customers must provide their Order ID and clearly mention the reason for the exchange in their email or WhatsApp request
Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged:
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Limited edition or clearance products
• Mystery items or freebies
• Products priced ₹899 or below
Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received an incorrect product
We do not accept returns for:
• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor color or print variations due to lighting or screen differences
Return Request Process
To request a return:
• Customers must raise a return request by emailing us at untuckedindia@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 9289 596399
• Submit your request within 3 days of delivery
• Provide your Order ID
• Clearly mention the reason for the return
• Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue
• Requests must be raised through email or WhatsApp within the specified timeline. Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability at your pin code. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
• Refund mode: Original payment method
For COD Orders
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting required details.
Applicable Deductions
The following charges may be deducted where applicable:
• Original shipping fee
• COD handling fee
• Return shipping cost (if return is not due to our error)
No deductions apply if the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Failed Delivery / RTO Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be treated as a customer-initiated return. Shipping charges for forward and return logistics may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Order Approval & Fraud Prevention
Untucked reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
• Payment is flagged as suspicious
• Order appears fraudulent
• Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed due to technical error
• Delivery to the provided address is not possible
If your order is affected, our team will notify you promptly and assist with next steps.
Important Notes
• Repeated misuse of return or exchange requests may result in denial of future requests
• All return and exchange requests must be raised via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery, along with the required information and supporting photos/videos mentioned in this policy
• Policies may be updated periodically without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page
